Specialty Training

Specialty Training is designed for current members to use designated areas of the gym to do our weightlifting, gymnastics, or auxiliary programs.
The CrossFit Class still has the priority for space, equipment, the clock, and the music.

It is intended to be used before or after working out in a regular CrossFit Class and there is a limit of 1 hour of Specialty Training a day per person.

Please check in with the Coach before class starts to coordinate a designated area. The area(s) available may vary depending on the CrossFit Class so make sure to check in with the Coach before taking the floor.
