Services

Specialty Training is designed for current members to use designated areas of the gym to do our weightlifting, gymnastics, or auxiliary programs.
The CrossFit Class still has the priority for space, equipment, the clock, and the music.

It is intended to be used before or after working out in a regular CrossFit Class and there is a limit of 1 hour of Specialty Training a day per person.

Please check in with the Coach before class starts to coordinate a designated area. The area(s) available may vary depending on the CrossFit Class so make sure to check in with the Coach before taking the floor.

• Certified trainers teach you new functional movements and motivate you throughout the process
• Organic fitness - use your body’s bio-mechanics, not overbuilt machines, to achieve results that help you in the real world
  
• Variety – you will not be bored because our workouts are rarely repeated
• Measurable results which improve over time and increase performance in any sport(s) in which you compete

Open gym is a time you can come in to work on a skill or make up a workout you may have missed earlier in the week.
